During our recurring maintenance services, we inspect and rebait all exterior bait stations while actively monitoring activity based on bait consumption and trap hit counts. We re-inspect all previously sealed entry points to ensure they remain secure and address any new vulnerabilities that may have developed. Traps are moved or adjusted as needed based on changing activity patterns. We also monitor for new activity areas, such as fresh holes or burrows, and take corrective action by refilling, sealing, or applying repellents where appropriate. After every service visit, we file a detailed activity report for customers to review, providing full transparency into findings and progress.
