Spend your days outdoors on Nantucket, moving between properties, working independently, and building real skills in a growing local trade.

As a Technician, you'll work independently most days, driving between properties across Nantucket to treat for ticks, mosquitoes, and other pests. You'll talk directly with clients about their service, so being comfortable and personable in those conversations matters as much as the physical side of the job, which includes lifting 50+ pounds and being on your feet outdoors most of the day.

No pest control experience is required — we provide full training and pay for any licensing the role requires, so you can learn everything on the job. Beyond your initial training, we also support continuing education in pest control, so technicians can keep building their knowledge and experience and grow within the field over time. To apply, you'll need a valid driver's license, be fluent in English, and pass a background check as part of our hiring process.
