We start with a full interior and exterior inspection of the property to identify active rodent activity, entry points, nesting areas, and structural vulnerabilities. This includes crawl spaces, attics, basements, mechanical rooms, foundation lines, vents, utility penetrations, and landscaping factors that contribute to rodent pressure.
